Our History

Smart Business Advisors (SBA) was born from the vision of Luis Javier Moreno Alcalá, who left his executive role at a financial firm in Mexico City to settle in Ajijíc, Jalisco, and offer solutions to expatriates. His experience with cryptocurrencies and anti-money laundering led him to a successful project in Venezuela, and upon returning to Mexico, he formed a team of specialists to provide consulting in Chihuahua. It was here that he met Juan Pablo Martínez Girón, an expert in quality and processes.

Union and Growth

In 2020, Luis Javier and Juan Pablo began developing a consulting firm focused on business and blockchain technology. In 2022, after leaving their previous jobs, they worked on a business model and prototype in Ajijíc. In 2023, Sebastián joined the team, bringing his expertise in tax and accounting, achieving significant corporate successes.

Projects and Future

SBA is involved in projects such as Gorillae A.C. and Tulum Circula, combining blockchain technology with sustainability. They also specialize in coordinating real estate closings, in collaboration with Notary 96 in Cancun.

Today, SBA is a solid firm with projects in real estate, Web3, and investment funds in development. They aim to be the operational hub for innovative and philanthropic projects based on blockchain technology.
